Of course I was the one saying "Catch it, catch it!"...when the jellyfish was swimming with us. It was really cool - like being inside of "Nemo" and watching it swim up and down, up and down. Boingggg across the tops - right??!!

Our First Big Family Vacation
We had not planned on going to Florida this year. But then Nana comes up with the great idea for EVERYONE to go to the beach together. We all love her so much....and her health has been so poor this year...that we MADE IT HAPPEN!
We spent 4 days on the beach in Destin in June. Nana had the room that just walks right out onto the beach. I think she rather enjoyed sitting there watching all of her grandkids play in the surf and sand!
It was the first time that Macy and Mia have been to the ocean. The sand in Destin was beautiful. White. Clean. Perfect.
We even caught a jellyfish!
HOWEVER...Brad decided to release it that evening - and I asked "What are you doing?"...to which he replied, "It is one of God's creatures and I am returning it to the ocean."
The next day the beach was FILLED with hundreds of jellyfish. I got stung a little on my arm. :( We are CONVINCED that b/c Brad released our CAPTIVE jellyfish - that it went and got all it's friends to come back on us with a vengeance!
